Terms and conditions
General (1):
Prices are subject to change without prior notice from Steggies Place. E & OE.
Steggies place web hosting will be not held for any loss of data or information.
Any monthly account that is not paid by the 14th of the month (ie: 7 days overdue) will be suspended and only reactivated once the full amount has been paid.
Any account that is outstanding for 60 days (2 months) or more will be terminated and (if applicable) the domain name will be sold.
Website content will be monitored closely:
No, pornography is NEVER allowed EVER so DO NOT ask!
Adult content is allowed but will be strictly monitored – the rule of thumb is rather do not have it.
If any content is found to be as above the account will terminated and no refunds will be given.
Steggies Place terms and conditions DO CHANGE to keep abreast with current happenings, the responsibility is falls on the customer / account holder to check them regularly to keep up-to-date. Ie: “Sorry I did not know about the new terms and conditions” will NOT be tolerated and is not an excuse!
Steggies Place reserves the right to charge interest on any unpaid amount outstanding. The interest, if charged, will be charged at 2% per month.
Web design (2):
Static Pages:
Static pages do not change.
Any changes that are requested will be charged
One month free hosting is on the Beta package
Both options (two and three page) are subject to a 3 month web hosting contract payable on publication of website by Steggies Place.
All designs are property of Steggies Place Web Hosting.
On cancellation of the design contract, the design will remain property of Steggies Place Web Hosting. This is not negotiable.
Dynamic Pages:
These pages are designed and maintained by Steggies Place.
The number of changes are limited by the number of labour hours spent affecting the changes. These hours are set out with the package details on our website.
Any alterations to the website done in excess of the stipulated number of hours will be charged at R200 per hour. A minimum of R35 will be charged.
The web hosting package is limited to the Beta package. If the website grows beyond the Beta package specifications – the difference will be charged.
The package includes the free registration of the domain name of the website designed / transfer of the given domain to Steggies Place Web Hosting.

Web hosting (3):
Prices are payable by the 7th of every month in advance.

Domain Names (4):
If you choose the package with the domain registration and you cancel the contract – the domain name remains property of Steggies Place Web Hosting.
If you leave Steggies Place Web Hosting and would like to take the domain with you – we will gladly do that but you will be charged for the domain name. The charge is R150. Once the money is received we will transfer the domain.
Additional domain names can be added to a package (e.g.: www.yourname.com as well as www.yourname.co.za). This will add an extra R10 per month for each additional domain name added. Ie: the first name is free with the packages.
Any additional domain names bought by Steggies Place on behalf of a customer / client will incur a 10% fee in addition to the domain price. Eg: if the domain costs R70, the customer will be charged R77.
Special Offers (5):
Any special is subject to change without notice by Steggies Place.
Please refer to point (2) above.
This applies to all customers.
No other specials can be used in conjunction with other specials. Ie: one special at a time!
Personal Websites (6):
All other terms and conditions apply.
This offer is for a limited time only.

The domain name is included in the price. Domain name is www.yourname.com. A .co.za domain name will be charged at an extra charge.
The package is for individuals only and no businesses will be allowed to use the package in any way.
